What's "好动"?

Hi all, this is my first post here and I hope it's not a dumb one. I can't seem to find the meaning of "好动". Here's the context:

我是个活泼好动的女孩

I'm assuming it's an adjective, but "good move" doesn't register in my English-infested brain. Little help?

well,here"好动" together with "活泼"means lively,active,kind of lovely.

but when you use "好动" alone,it means...active as well,but has nothing to do with lovely.

好 hao4 (4th tone) prefix means to like or to enjoy doing something, to do something frequently.

Examples:

Someone who is 好赌 is a gambling addict

Someone who is 好学 is a studious pupil.

Someone who is 好动 is an active person.

Yea...and just to add on witha few more common ones

Someone who is 好玩 like to play (alot) *Note 好玩 has different meanings with different tones of 好: hao3 wan2 is fun and hao4 wan2 is fond of playing

Someone who is 好吃懒做 is a lazy bum, couch potato...literally "like eat lazy do"
