Chinese real estate tycoon Feng Lun is leasing the top five floors of the newly built Seven World Trade Center in New York, and plans on creating a China Cultural Center in the building to establish cultural and business ties within the New York metropolitan area.

At a time when prospective tenants are afraid to lease space in the building, Feng Lun appears to be very bold and confident.
