Chinese headlines - any pun fun?

I saw this on the BBC: "Baby one more time - Britney reveals she is pregnant again" ...

...and wondered what headlines in Chinese newspapers are like.

Are they ever similarly playful? And do they like to use puns the same way that is common in English newspapers?

Nowhere that I can see. I'm sure someone took the humor angle, but I can't find it. Keep in mind that the title and lyrics of the song in Chinese are going to be different, so there may not be as obvious a connection.

You get some sometimes. I can remember seeing headline about a '老偷‘ - an elderly pickpocket - being arrested. A pun on 小偷 and 老头.

it is also very commen in Chinese newspaper,

for example:

辛吉斯吃鸭蛋后奋起力克大威 罗马进决赛剑指法网.

吃鸭蛋 means 辛吉斯 failed the game, had not got any score.

because 鸭蛋 is duck egg, it is round and looks like zero.

I forgot one I read in the paper regarding China's 'Supergirl' champion from last year. Her name is '李*宇*春' the 'yu' in her name **is also used in**--**rhymes with** the word 玉米 which means corn. The 米 in玉米 rhymes with 迷 which is a suffix for a 'fan' i.e. sports fan or music fan/groupie which is 歌迷.

Fans of '李*宇*春' were called '玉米' (*宇*春的歌迷), which I thought was pretty durn funny. No way for me to establish whether this was a convention of the media or something put together by fans themselves though.

And so it is. I must have forgotten in the heat of the moment. So that instead 宇迷 becomes 玉米.
