Getting a power converter at/near BLCU

Long story short, I bought the wrong power converter, and I can't use it to charge my batteries or my Palm Tungsten E. Does anyone know where I can get a proper 50-watt converter, or a travel charger for my PDA? It's my first day in Beijing, and I don't really know my way around, except to a few places on campus :oops:
