Anyone ever heard of it? Thoughts on working there as a TESOL teacher? Based in LA with a campus in Shenyang

I live in Shenyang already, but generally find that no-one in the loop here seems to have heard anything more than the name. Given they promise the best teaching wage in Shenyang I'll be interested in hearing back from them.
