Question about a training program in BLCU

For the people who are teaching Chinese to foreigners, there's a qualification certificate called ''Certificate of Ability to Teach Chinese as a Foreign Language'' (in Chinese: ''汉语作为外语教学能力证书/Hanyu zuowei waiyu jiaoxue nengli zhengshu''). The test of this certificate is held every Autumn.

BLCU offers a training program concerning this. Has anyone heard about this training program? How is it?
