I think the Tuva or Urianchai in northern Mongolia and Siberia claim to be descendants of the Toba people (a part of the Xianbei) that formed the Northern Wei dynasty. But I only have this article from a pan - turcic website to back it up: http://www.ozturkler.com/data_english/0007/0007_02_06.htm .
