Precision Writing Supplies in Shanghai

- Before I start I've been up and down FuZhou road and can't find what I want.-

This may seem like an odd request but I cannot find any place in Shanghai I can buy writing supplies (pencils, mechanical pencils, etc) that can write a very fine line.

I want the level of 6H lead type or in a mechanical pencil a 3H or higher.

I can find 6H pencils all over the place but the sharpeners quickly go dull after 3 times use or so. So I don't want to keep buying sharpeners after they quickly go dull.

I can find mechanical pencils but the leads are around HB level.

This is what I want:

1. A pencil shapener that won't go dull after 2 or 3 uses on a 6H grade pencil.

Or

2. Mechanical pencil leads of the grade of 3H or higher and 0.3 size.

Or

3. Any other alternatives or suggestions anyone else might have.
