can't post hyperlinks

I can't seem to post a hyperlink I wanted to include in my recent post in the book on poems thread,

The error message I get is

Precondition Failed

The precondition on the request for the URL /newthread.php evaluated to false.

the link I wanted to include, suitably deconstructed so that I can post it, is

baruchim dot narod dot ru slash LuZhiwei dot html

(delete the spaces, change dot to . and change slash to /)

That's very odd, and I think it's something to do with the server settings - will email my webhosts to ask.

Security issue, apparently that domain has been associated with comment spam or similar, and so any submissions to the server that contain it are blocked. There's nothing I can do about it and as this is the first time I've found out about it in three years I don't think it's a major problem. Can you just add the url as

baruchim dot narod dot ru slash LuZhiwei dot html

and anyone who wants to will be able to figure it out.
