visa extension of my baby

hello, maybe you can help me with my problem with the visa, my husband and i are here in China with our baby, we have 6months F visa but my baby has only 1 month working visa, i dont have any idea how to extend her visa here, she had extended her visa twice.

you think they will consider giving my baby 6months visa because we have 6months visa as well. do we need to go out Mainlain China?

How old is your baby and how does she have a working visa? Is she teaching English?

im sorry, i mean tourist visa... sorry ive been so disoriented now a days...hehehe anyway thanks roddy... my baby is 3 years old

I can't find any details at the moment, but I'm pretty sure that if you are legitimately in China, then your kid should be entitled to some kind of visa - perhaps constantly extending tourist visas?

Are you officially employed here? If so I'd just take your paperwork and maybe a letter of support from the employer to the PSB and ask for another extension.

thanks roddy! i'll try to call the nearest police bureau so i will know what are the chances of extending the visa of my daughter. i hope everything will be fine. thank you for sharing whatever information you have.

i've been here in China for barely 4 months now, its so difficult to be in a foreign country where you dont have your families and friends with you, but Thank God i have my husband and daughter here.

If you are employed, I would ask whoever handles your own visas to look into it. If not, turn up at the PSB and ask.
