Thanks Skylee. What kind of seeds (sesam?) are on the shaomai, I've never eaten seeded shaomai.

btw a couple (husband & wife) I know very well will visit China soon and stay a day in Shanghai. They don't know any Chinese, so I've been searching Shanghai maps and looking for that restaurant's location to give them a precise guide.
