However, according to my understanding, it looks like a casual recipe note. I just slightly translated what I can understand on the paper. I hope it might help you a bit. 股4 Section 4 龙身为发菜 the dragon’s body is made of “fa-tsai” ( a kind of black long thread moss) 用仔乌鸡为凤翅 the phoenix’s wings are made of a black-bone chicken Thanks!
