Pipe Dream/ Pipe Dreamer

I've been trying to find what would be a reasonable equivalent to the term 'pipe dream'. The definition of pipe dream in English is:

1. the dreams brought about by the smoking of opium

2. a fantasic or illusory hope or plan.

I did find the term 'a pipe dream' in the Clavis Sinica dictionary:

yìchángchūnmèng

...however I'd prefer something more like 'opium dream' - yāpiànmèng.

Also is it possible to translate 'pipe dreamer'?

Does anyone have any better ideas? I'm fairly new at this.
