booking direct with Air China

I was looking for the home page of AirChina. Hoped they have some kind of e-booking available. I'm currently in Munich, Germany and researching available options to get inexpensive ticket to Bejing or Shanghai (or if possible book directly to Nanjing). The only

address I could find is

and unfortunately it does not allow to book from Munich. Only internal flights inside China. Other links to European sites of Air China seem to be broken.

Anyone knows how to book directly with Air China ? Or has an address fo their site in Europe ?

The UK site let me get a price, but it was much higher than those I've seen advertised on all other travel agencies.

Interestingly, many (including Air China, I think) offer student fares. Not only are they a bit cheaper, but they're usually valid for up to 12 months.

I'm hoping that once I get accepted at a school in Beijing, the acceptance letter will be enough to allow me to get an ISIC card. Then, cheapo studenty stuff here I come!

You might try booking through Lufthansa. Air China recently signed a code-sharing agreement with Lufthansa and, I believe, is about to join Star Alliance.

I too have tried booking thru this website and had a similar problem, it has been this way for years... Try using elong.net, I have successfully booked thru them several times.
