gamerfu Posted June 25, 2006 at 06:49 PM Report Posted June 25, 2006 at 06:49 PM How can someone type a character and have bopomofo in small text on the side of each character? I see this in childrens books all the time, but cannot figure out how to do it myself. Click on picture for example. Quote
Yuchi Posted June 25, 2006 at 08:07 PM Report Posted June 25, 2006 at 08:07 PM In microsoft word (I have 2003): 1.Select your characters 2.on the bottom of the document's window, there should be a language (default is "English (U.S), but when you select the characters, it may become Chinese (PRC, Macao, HK, or something)), double click that. 3.Find "Chinese (Taiwan)", click ok 4.Go to Format > Asian Layout > Phonetic Guide, adjust all you want for the size of the ruby text. 5. The option you want is "right vertical" under "Alignment" Quote
