Prodigal Son Posted June 29, 2006 at 10:01 PM Report Posted June 29, 2006 at 10:01 PM I've been to a website which can quickly convert from hanzi to pinyin but I've lost the link. I've been looking for it the last few days but haven't been able to locate it. Anyone have a link to it? Quote
Taibei Posted June 30, 2006 at 05:01 AM Report Posted June 30, 2006 at 05:01 AM http://www.adsotrans.com/new.html Under "style" select "Pinyin". Quote
badr Posted June 30, 2006 at 07:27 AM Report Posted June 30, 2006 at 07:27 AM another solution is a piece of software called dimsum available over at mandarintools.com It's free and effective not to mention multi-platform. Just copy the text, paste it in and press 'convert to pinyin'.. couldn't be simpler Quote
bigfly Posted July 1, 2006 at 03:06 AM Report Posted July 1, 2006 at 03:06 AM I got it . http://www.51windows.net/pages/pinyin.asp simple and useful. Quote
trevelyan Posted July 1, 2006 at 04:08 PM Report Posted July 1, 2006 at 04:08 PM You might want to be a bit careful about duoyinci handling in that page. The engine gets about 50% of the pinyin wrong in the (admittedly stupid) test sentence 他们数了那个数字. Quote
