Hi-

I am having trouble understanding the meaning of this- 诚征. It is in a job ad I was reading online from a chinese text site. Here is the whole ad. I understand everything else in the ad, but don't quite get the meaning of 诚征. I guess if I understood the ad better I would be able to get this meaning from context. But for whatever reason, it eludes me.
