newbie2006 Posted July 12, 2006 at 08:35 PM Report Posted July 12, 2006 at 08:35 PM New query. I have a HK ID card and an EU passport plus a BNO passport.. I was just wondering if i need a visa to study in China. Would it be worth getting a huixiangzheng if possible? What is everyones opinion if they had the two documents as to whether its better to enter China as a Foreigner or a PRC citizen? Quote
FSO Posted July 14, 2006 at 12:10 AM Report Posted July 14, 2006 at 12:10 AM This is a question you will want to pose to a consul or immigration lawyer. Most countries will require you to use that country's citizenship document to enter if you are a citizen. In fact, most countries do not recognize dual citizenship per se, and are only interested in whether you are one of their citizens (even if they don't have laws against dual citizenship). Quote
