Hey, I recently bought a Hp Ipaq rz1717 from Bainaohui. It is completely in chinese and turning out to be more trouble than i originally thought. Does anybody know how to change the language from Chinese to English. Ive heard I need to download a ROM to do it but cant find one anywhere....can anyone lend some help???
