Favorite Electronic Dictionaries for Learning Cantonese

Hey, Im getting pretty serious about learning Cantonese and im wondering which is the best Electronic dictionary for me to get so when I wont die in Hong Kong.

HK eh? Great choice! I spent Spring 2005 at Hong Kong Baptist University. I still really miss that place. I did a search and this is what I came up with.

MD7100 (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, English) - can hook up to your pc, 8 diff. character and input method, huge 1,000,000 entries that can even help you prepare for GRE and TOEFL.

MD8300 (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese) - similar to M7100, but it has extras like .mp3.
