Fiore71 Posted August 2, 2006 at 08:39 AM Report Share Posted August 2, 2006 at 08:39 AM Hello, I'm a new member, my name is Fiore and I I need help, disperately :-) I'm suppose to support chinese corporate users on the phone by time to time (once, twice a month). My chinese is rusty but the main issue is I never learms chinese computing terminology. I would need help to train my language skills in this area, do you know if there are specifics books/website, preferably with registered conversations, helping in this. When I speak with my users I normally have a remote connection to their machine opened so I really need just basic terminology like "harddisk", "open the window", "hardware failure" etc etc. Th eonly thing I found till now is :http://ihome.ust.hk/~lbsun/terms.html But I really would liek to hear registrations of basic troubleshooting processes in chinese concerning most common issues for Windows, Notes, MS office... any idea? Thanks Fiore
