most conveniant way to get from Beijing airport to Tongzhou?

I'm landing in Beijing tommorow, and I've got to get to Tongzhou county.

1)Which airport shuttle bus should I take?

2)After the shuttle bus takes me into the city, what is the next best way to get to Tongzhou? I'm not sure how far it is. Is taxi reasonable?

generally I suggest you take a subway train after getting off the shuttle bus.

take the shuttle bus from the airport to Xidan, and try to find the nearby subway station.

Wait, he's talking about 通州 (Tongzhou), about 1-hour drive east of the Beijing airport. Xidan is in the other direction.

yes it's IMO the cheapest way to go.

libertango can catch a taxi at the gate of the airport to go to tongzhou without any problem. But that will take him more than 100 RMB:mrgreen:

Where in Tongzhou?

shuttle #3 will take you to guomao where you can take the red line until sihui east ( sihui dong) and then transfer to the batong line which goes into tongzhou

Couldn't you just take a taxi for about 100-200 RMB?

From the airport to 果园 [Guǒyuán] should be around 50¥ according to local taxi drivers. Where in 通州 [Tōngzhōu] do you want to go?
