I would like to take a 90-100 cc motorcycle and convert it to an electric/hybrid machine. Is this going to be trouble with the government? I know that in most cities now you cannot ride a moto within the inner city but you can ride an electric bicycle. How would the government perceive my 6hp electric motorcycle?
