apartment in wudaokou

hello,

In 2 weeks I'm about to come to beijing for one year of chinese studies at BLCU. I'm coming with 2 friends of mine and we are looking for a 3 bedrooms apartment close to the university. I wanted to know whether we can find a 3-bed apartment with 2 bathroom with a budget of 750-800 dollars per month? (we are thinking of Huaqing jiayuan or Dongsheng yuan).

i stayed in Huaqing Jiayuan by myself but in a 2 bedroom apartment..i paid 5500 YUAN per month minimum stay of 6 mnths luckily (originally the apartment was only for minimum1 year stay) but my apartment was one of the better ones...it depends what area of Huaqing jiayuan u want 2 stay in...im not really sure about the prices for 3 bedroom apartment..but this may give u a rough idea of what kind of prices to expect..

i first checked for a 1 bedroom apartment which starting price was 3800 yuan per month, 2 bedroom apartments started from 4400-4800 yuan (cant really remember) or 5500 yuan per month depending on location as there was also apartments NOT in the actual complex itself but across the road..but was still part of huaqing jiayuan..that was cheaper...

And also all the apartments are different! not one single one is the same as all the owners are different..So if u look at the apartments..its good to look at a few as some which are charging the same Price will be better than others at the same price..and they have MANY real estate agents on Huaqing jiayuan so u can check different ones out..

also my friend stayed at Furunjiayuan which is on the east side of Blcu (east gate) .. its cheaper than Huaqing..and still nice..But we think its also less convenient..and another stayed in Liudaokou..VERY NICE APARTMENTS (nicer than mine =( ) and they're Newly built..but veryyyyy inconvenient...so its up 2 u..just look around and take ur time =)

oh yeh and there were much much cheaper apartments in wudaokou but obviously not as nice..its because im fussy haha..but yeh i think u can get some for maybe 2500 yuan or even cheaper..depends what u can stand!!!!!!
