Help, need luggage strap to go round suitcase FAST...

Hi all,

I have been looking but cant seem to locate for a luggage strap that goes around a suitcase to keep it secure. Preferrably in the wangfujing, xidan or wudaokou areas... thanks for any info...

I'm pretty sure they can do that for you at the airport. I was able to do it at Pudong, Shanghai anyway. But then again you might not be taking the flight?
