First day for 06-07 academic year?

Hi everyone.

Does anybody have a calander for the 06-07 year for Pingxiang College? (Or does all of China use the same academic calander by chance?) It isn't online in the only areas of their web that can be translated directly through the browser. Supposedly I will be teaching 18 credit hours at Pingxiang and yet this one tiny detail remains elusive.

Hello Xiayule,

I am in beginning level learning the Chinese language. The url of the college homepage in Chinese is http://www.pxc.jx.cn/index_2006.asp. The English version of the website has one informational page about the college, but no information regarding operations or departments. The contact phone number is continually rejected through my phone company--I will try another phone company today.

Could you, or anybody reading this post look at their website for me and tell me if there is an academic schedule? I can read enough in Chinese to read dates. But so far, I have not been able to find the first day of the semester by following the lingks in Chinese. What is the first day of the semester in other colleges?
