Sam Posted August 21, 2006 at 05:04 AM Report Share Posted August 21, 2006 at 05:04 AM I have a motorola V3 mobile phone. I am able to receive and read chinese characters ok and it appears that I can type chinese characters into sms text messages ok (either through pinyin or stroke order methods) but when the message appears on the phone I send it to, it is blank (and the message recorded as sent in my outbox is also blank). Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas about what might be happening, what I am doing wrong or how I could fix it? Thankyou

Toffeeliz Posted August 27, 2006 at 10:33 AM Report Share Posted August 27, 2006 at 10:33 AM It doesn;t usually matter if the phone you are sending to can view characters or not. My mum gets a load of chinese text ads sent to her and they just come up as gobble-de-gook. Is your V3 set into chiese language? that might help you write in characters
