Business chinese

already in the plane with one foot heading home to good old germany. but before i go i d like to get some or maybe one is enough useful book for business chinese. most important of course good vocab and not too old so it is up to date with new words.

has anyone done a book which he would recommend??

I would reccomend this book: "Business Chinese: An Advanced Reader." I don't know where your chinese skills, so I wouldn't know if this book is too advanced or what not. I have used this book and found it to be very useful. Hope this helps.

i have also used the above mentioned book, but its kind of outdated, its all on "trade" centered issues, I would also check out "Open for business" its a Cheng and Tsui book, its also very advanced.

Im Using 'Open For Business' Cheng and Tsui at the moment. Its pretty good. After a learning a few of its articles i find im finding it easier and easier to read the news in chinese.
